To go through your return request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been submitted, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be given in the form of discounts on products purchased (give through coupons or any similar form).
We only consider a possible refund in form of discount if items are defective or damaged upon receiving them and if so further investigation will take place.
